I can see how that's a problem. Of course the rejecting a ballot thing I saw in Chicago for undervotes and overvotes. You didn’t know what offices or positions had under and overvotes. The ballot machine could reject it and give you an opportunity cast another ballot. Or it could be accepted as it is.

Someone standing there all day who knows which bubbles are which can pretty easily see at a glance who you've voted for in a particular office if they care to.
